Why do hotels have different star ratings?

Internationally, hotels are classified according to star rating, and most countries are divided into five grades.

One-star and two-star economy, three-star comfort, four-star luxury and five-star super luxury.

The classification of hotels is based on two aspects, the first is the evaluation of hotel hardware facilities, and the second is the evaluation of hotel software, including service quality, management level, personnel quality level, customer satisfaction and other factors.
