At this time, the recipient and the time of collection serve as a "memo". By the way, some hotels do not use triplicate slips. Their approach is: after putting the checked items and the accompanying package coupon into the shipping drawer, give the guest a key to the shipping drawer (equivalent to the accompanying guest coupon), and then deposit and withdraw it. Record the deposit status in the record book. When the guest collects the deposit, ask the guest to sign on the record book (equivalent to signing on the stub).
