Baoji City is a prefecture-level city in Shaanxi Province. Baoji, formerly known as Chencang and Yongcheng, is known as "the hometown of Emperor Yan and the hometown of bronzes". It is an important node city of Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration and a sub-central city of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone.
