Application process of hotel project development and construction

1. Submit feasibility study report and project application; 2. Report the overall planning scheme to the Planning Management Office of the Planning Bureau for examination and approval, and obtain the construction land planning permit after passing the examination; 3. Declare place names; 4. Send the pipeline planning and design scheme to the Municipal Planning Management Office of the Planning Bureau for review; 5. Go through the examination and approval and payment procedures at the charging department; 6. Send all the single building construction drawings to be implemented to the technical department of the Construction Bureau and the construction drawing review center for review; 7. With the construction drawing approval letter and the bid-winning notice, apply for the construction permit of the construction project at the Construction Management Office of the Construction Bureau and start the construction. The Construction Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) has corresponding provisions: Article 29 A general contractor of a construction project may contract out some contracted projects to subcontractors with corresponding qualifications; Except for subcontracting agreed in the general contract, it must be approved by the construction unit. The general contractor of a construction project shall be responsible to the construction unit in accordance with the provisions of the general contract; Subcontractors shall be responsible to the general contractor according to the provisions of the subcontract. The general contractor and subcontractors shall bear joint and several liability to the construction unit for the subcontracted project.
