Jiahua Plaza Hotel started in February 1995 and was completed in October/2000. Building height 149 m, 39 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, with a building area of about 12 1275 m2. It is the tallest urban building in Kunming, overlooking it.

But if this is true, Jiahua is not the tallest building in Kunming.
