4. For the promotion expenses paid by Party A, Party B shall issue an invoice and provide a gift receipt if it is a gift.

Article 2: Party A agrees to undertake the following responsibilities:

1. Provide Party B with the most adequate supply guarantee.

2. Party A's business supervisor and salesman shall provide relevant guidance.

3. Publicity materials of Party A's products.

Article 3: Termination of the Agreement:
