On December 12, 21, China Battery Network began to set up a team and implement the station building plan, and at the same time began to build and operate the official website of China Battery Industry Association.

From August 8 to 11, 211, the third China Baotou-Rare Earth Industry Forum was held in Baotou. This forum was jointly sponsored by Baotou Municipal People's Government, China Academy of Engineering and chinese society of rare earths, and was hosted by Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone Management Committee, with China Battery Industry Association, China Electrotechnical Society, National Rare Earth Information Network and industry associations in Inner Mongolia, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Guangdong and Shanghai as co-organizers. More than 5 governments, institutions, associations, societies and entrepreneurs attended the meeting. China battery network sent a strong team of editors and reporters to report live.

On August 28th, 211, China Battery Network and China Battery magazine successfully hosted the preparatory meeting for the establishment of a branch of China Battery Industry Association, attended by the chairmen and presidents of Nanfu, Shuanglu, Changhong, Yema, White Elephant Swan, Lida, 555, Celestial Ball, Golden Lion, upstream and downstream industrial chains baoshan iron & steel and Jinghong Color Printing, and Han Zuoliang, chairman of China Battery Industry Association, and Wang Jing, vice chairman of China Battery Industry Association.

On September 6 -7, 211, the "211 Global Lithium Ion Battery Technology Summit" was successfully held in Shanghai Marriott Changhong Hotel under the guidance of China Battery Industry Association and co-sponsored by China Battery Network and Jepperson Group, attracting more than 15 enterprises, 2 professionals from government scientific research departments, lithium battery associations, battery manufacturers, automobile manufacturers, research institutions and professional technical certification companies, and the feedback was positive and enthusiastic.

On September 28th, 211, the member system of China Battery Network was tested and officially launched, and began to provide value-added services such as data service, industry report, policy consultation and e-magazine for registered members.
