What is the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city?

Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City is located in Binhai New Area, which is the most potential national new area in China. It is 45km away from the central city of Tianjin and 15km away from Beijing, with a total area of about 31km2, bordering the Central Avenue of Binhai New Area in the east, Jiyun Canal in the west, Rainbow Bridge in the south and Jinhan Expressway in the north. At present, one-third is saline-alkali wasteland, one-third is abandoned salt fields, and one-third is polluted water surface. The land is salinized, the water quality is short, and there is no arable land.
