Article 1: In order to maintain public security order in entertainment venues, create a civilized entertainment environment, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of entertainment venue operating units, consumers and employees, and ensure public safety, according to the "People's Liberation Army of China" These regulations are formulated in light of the actual situation of this city, and other laws and regulations such as the "Public Security Management Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Entertainment Venue Management Regulations" of the State Council. Article 2 These regulations shall apply to the public security management of entertainment venues within the administrative region of this city.

Units engaged in the operation of entertainment venues within the administrative region of this city, their employees and other persons entering entertainment venues shall abide by these regulations. Article 3 The entertainment venues mentioned in these Regulations refer to singing, dancing, entertainment and other venues that are for profit and are open to the public for consumers to entertain themselves.

These regulations shall apply to other public places that also operate singing, dancing, entertainment and entertainment projects. Article 4: The public security management of entertainment venues shall implement territorial management and adhere to the principle of giving priority to prevention and combining prevention and control. Article 5: Municipal and county (district) public security organs are responsible for the public security management of entertainment venues within their respective administrative regions. The public security police stations are responsible for the public security management of entertainment venues within their jurisdiction according to their respective responsibilities.

Appropriate measures should be taken to stop illegal and criminal activities such as gambling, prostitution, whoring, and drug abuse that occur in the venue, and they should be reported immediately to the public security organs to support and assist the public security organs in their investigation and handling work. Article 9 Entertainment venues shall comply with the following security and safety requirements:

(1) Equipped with emergency lighting devices, two or more clearly marked entrances and exits, and smooth evacuation channels;

(10) Violate state regulations, buy, sell, store, carry, use, provide, dispose of explosive, toxic, radioactive, corrosive substances or infectious disease pathogens and other dangerous substances;

(12) Other behaviors that disrupt the public security and management order of entertainment venues.
