The situation is very serious. In order to do our best to prevent and control the epidemic during the emergency period in our city, further consolidate the results of epidemic prevention and control, and effectively protect the life safety and health of the broad masses of the people, party members, cadres and public officials of the city’s government agencies, enterprises and institutions are now required to take the lead in implementing epidemic prevention and control during the emergency period. The relevant measures are notified as follows:

1. Take the lead in implementing epidemic prevention and control regulations. We must conscientiously study the epidemic prevention and control policies and regulations, actively cooperate with temperature measurement, code verification, registration, isolation, nucleic acid testing and other measures, insist on wearing masks and not gathering; take the lead in publicizing health knowledge on epidemic prevention and control, and guide the general public to enhance self-protection awareness. , consciously implement epidemic prevention and control requirements.

2. Strictly implement the requirement of non-essential and unbalanced measures. During the emergency period, we must take the lead in implementing the regulations of not leaving the country unless necessary, not traveling to medium- and high-risk areas and areas with locally confirmed cases, and reducing the flow of people.

If it is indeed necessary to leave the balance due to work or personal reasons, the approval procedures must be strictly followed. After returning to the hospital, promptly report the itinerary, contacts, health status, etc., and implement nucleic acid testing, medical observation and other measures in accordance with regulations.

3. Strictly implement the major event reporting system. The following three types of situations must be reported to the person in charge of the unit and party organization in a timely manner as major personal matters.

Those who need to leave the country due to personal reasons and go to medium- and high-risk areas;

The health code and itinerary card will be converted into "red code" and "yellow code";

If you or your immediate family members have a history of traveling to a medium-to-high-risk area or an area with local confirmed cases within the past 14 days.

4. Strictly implement work discipline requirements. During the emergency period, if party members, cadres and public officials of government agencies, enterprises and institutions fail to implement epidemic prevention and control measures or violate relevant regulations, especially if major matters are not reported and cause consequences, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission at the same level will file a case and handle it according to discipline.
