(1) For those who have lived in Tibet for the last 7 days, the centralized isolation shall be strictly implemented for 7 days (counting from the date of arrival in Sichuan), and the throat swab nucleic acid test shall be carried out on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days, and the isolation control shall be lifted only after the negative certificate of nucleic acid test is issued on the 7th day. Those who are being quarantined at home will continue to be quarantined at home until they arrive in Sichuan for 7 days, and those who are being quarantined will continue to be quarantined until they arrive in Sichuan for 7 days.

(2) For those who have lived in Hainan and Xinjiang in recent 7 days, from the date of arrival in Sichuan, they will be isolated at home for 3 days+monitored at home for 2 days (those who do not have the conditions for home isolation, or those who do not accept the same isolation as their residents, will be isolated in a centralized way).

(3) People who have lived in Dalian, Liaoning Province, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province and Daqing, Heilongjiang Province in recent 7 days were isolated at home for 3 days from the date of their arrival in Sichuan, and throat swabs were collected for nucleic acid detection three times within 3 days. Those who do not have the conditions for home isolation, or those who do not accept the isolation of people living together, will be isolated for 3 days.

(4) Persons who have lived in Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province in the past 7 days shall be quarantined for 7 days from the date of entering Sichuan.

For those who have lived in other areas of Qinghai Province in the past 7 days, they will be isolated at home for 3 days and 2 days respectively from the day they enter Sichuan. Home isolation needs to have separate living conditions, which will be taken back by the district (city) county where the residence is located in a closed loop, and cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures. Do not have the conditions of home isolation, or do not accept the isolation of people living together, continue to implement centralized isolation. If the destination is other cities and States in the province, you can sign a letter of commitment and leave on your own after the first nucleic acid test results are negative after entering Sichuan, and you are not allowed to take public transportation in Chengdu.

(5) From September 8th, people who have lived in Guiyang City and Zunyi City of Guizhou Province for seven consecutive days will be isolated at home for five days from the date of their arrival in Sichuan (if they do not have the conditions for home isolation or do not accept the control of home isolation, they will be isolated at home for five days).

(6) Personnel coming to (returning to) Chengdu from other regions strictly implement the requirement of "inspection upon entry into Sichuan", and all personnel coming to (returning to) Chengdu from other provinces by air, railway and highway must scan the "entry code" and conduct inspection twice every three days. Don't go out or gather until the nucleic acid test results come out.

If there are people who have lived in low-,medium-and high-risk areas in China in the past 7 days, corresponding measures shall be taken according to the novel coronavirus Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition). That is, those who have lived in high-risk areas for 7 days will be isolated for medical observation for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection will be carried out on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days; Those who have lived in a moderately dangerous area for 7 days were observed at home for 7 days, and their nucleic acids were detected at 1, 4 and 7 days respectively. Do not have the conditions for home isolation medical observation, take centralized isolation medical observation; The management period starts from leaving the risk area. For those who have lived in low-risk areas for 7 days, they should complete nucleic acid detection twice within 3 days and do a good job in health monitoring.

People from other cities outside the province insisted on health monitoring and carried out nucleic acid detection twice within 3 days; People who have lived in counties (cities, districts) with local epidemics for 7 days should register in the destination community (village) in advance, and implement the epidemic prevention and control policies according to regulations.

For people who have lived in Neijiang City, Dongxing District, Cuiping District, Xuzhou District, Jiangyang District of Luzhou City, Longmatan District, Lu Xian County and Barkam City of Aba Prefecture in recent 7 days, they will be isolated at home for 3 days from the time of arrival (if they do not have the conditions for home isolation or do not accept home isolation control with residents, they will be isolated for 3 days). If you have three nucleic acid tests within three days, you don't need to go out except for nucleic acid tests.

If it is really necessary for the city (state) personnel in the middle and high risk area to flow across the city (state), they should hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours (subject to the time of issuing the report).

Those who accept centralized isolation in our city shall bear the relevant expenses during the isolation period.
