What dialect does Jingmen dialect in Hubei belong to?
Jingmen dialect includes Zhongxiang dialect. Because it is located between Jingzhou and Xiangfan, for example, the first half of a sentence sounds like Henan dialect and the second half sounds like Hubei dialect. However, Putonghua is also very popular in middle schools for children of some large enterprises or phosphate middle schools in the city, because there are more people from other provinces. Dachaihu Town in Zhongxiang City was moved by tens of thousands of immigrants from Henan and Zhejiang. This town is simply the original Henan dialect. These local languages are obviously different from Shayang dialect and Jingshan dialect.
Jingmen Qujialing Management District, namely Wusan Farm, is the largest state-owned farm in Hubei Province. Because there are many early immigrants here, such as Henan immigrants, Hunan immigrants, Sichuan immigrants, former Huangpi county, Xiaogan area and Tianmen, and Wuhan educated youth and their descendants who have not returned to the city. Although the descendants of immigrants sometimes speak their own dialects at home, in this area, people from different provinces and Hubei have lived together for a long time, and also formed a new dialect area-farmhouse dialect. Similar to Hubei dialect. But it's still good. Sounds like Changsha dialect. Because my parents worked here in their early years (I spoke authentic Wuhan dialect at home), once a friend in Hunan listened to my conversation with my friend on the farm and insisted that I was from Changsha. Another time in the army, a soldier from Hunan, I explained that he was from Hubei, and he insisted that I was from Changsha and wanted to be with my fellow villager Fan. God, I have never been to Changsha.
There are so many tongues playing in jingshan county dialect, especially in towns such as Yonglong, Shilong and Yangjiafeng. Although the children in the local bay were often our jokes when we were young, we unconsciously learned a pair of authentic Jingshan dialect. When communicating with local people, outsiders simply can't tell the difference. But now that I'm grown up, I still think this Jingshan dialect sounds good. For example, the word "what's going on" in Jingshan dialect is called "Songguo DER" (the word behind it is a string of tongue sounds).
How about the local dialect in Shayang? Basically, it is similar to Jingmen dialect, close to towns such as Jingshan Yangfeng or Jingmen dialect. However, there is little difference between Shayang Farm Dialect and Wuhan Dialect, which may be greatly influenced by Wuhan Dialect.
