The development of history

At present, the territory of Liaoyang County started from Yan in the Warring States Period, passed through Qin and Han Dynasties, and ended in Houyan in the Sixteen Countries of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, all belonging to Xiangping County (now Liaoyang City) in Liaodong County (country). After the Northern Yan Dynasty, from the Southern and Northern Dynasties to the Sui Dynasty, this area was a separatist regime established by Koguryo. After Tang Gaozong recovered Liaodong, Liaocheng Prefecture was established in Liaoyang City today. During the Five Dynasties, it was already the activity area of the Qidan nationality.
