How to install and design the central air conditioning in the hotel?

The design and installation process of hotel central air conditioning: the first installation of indoor units should pay attention to:

1. The distance between the indoor unit and the roof shall not be less than 1 cm, so as to avoid vibration between the air conditioner and the wall roof during operation.

2. When installing the indoor unit, the slope of five thousandths should be considered, and the side connected with the condensed water should be installed slightly lower to avoid the situation that the condensed water can not be discharged in time, resulting in dripping of the indoor unit.

After installing the internal unit, you can install the refrigerant copper tube, and pay attention to it when installing.

1. The installation point of the refrigerant copper pipe is the joint between the copper pipe and the branch pipe, and welding is carried out at this joint.

2. In the process of copper tube welding, nitrogen must be filled into the copper tube, but no air can enter the copper tube, so as to avoid carbon deposition in the copper tube during welding, which will lead to the failure of the compressor in the working process.

3. After the welding is completed, use high-pressure nitrogen to blow off the dust in the tube and keep the inside of the copper tube clean. At the same time, pressure test should be carried out on the copper tube, and nitrogen should be filled into the copper tube to maintain the pressure. The test time is generally 24 hours.

The next step is the installation of the condensate pipe, which should be taken out of the machine during installation, at least to the outdoor and floor drain >; 1%, usually taken out from the indoor unit and landed nearby during installation, and then taken out from the outdoor or floor drain together with other condensate pipes.

After installing the air conditioning condensate pipe, install the air conditioning outdoor unit. The air outlet of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner must be within 50 cm without obstacles, and the floor-standing unit should be equipped with shock absorbers to ensure the normal operation of the outdoor unit. After installing the external unit, the refrigerant pipe should be evacuated to ensure that the refrigerant pipe is dry, otherwise the moisture contained in the air in the pipe will mix with the refrigerant to produce ice crystals, which will cause equipment damage.

After completing the above installation process, we will open the refrigerant valve of the air conditioner to release the refrigerant from the outdoor unit, and at the same time detect the pressure in the pipeline and make appropriate supplements until the air conditioner is debugged.
