3. Be responsible for checking in, changing rooms, checking out and leaving messages.

5. Be familiar with the on-duty booking at any time, and be responsible for the individual booking service (telephone, door-to-door, network and agreement).

6. Provide hotel guests with front desk services such as business, safe use, goods rental, luggage storage, wake-up, treasure chest, etc. (if provided by the hotel).

7. Receive inquiries from guests correctly and effectively, and provide various information such as hotel service facilities, traffic inside and outside the city, tourist attractions, entertainment and shopping.

8. Carry out dunning work according to the process, and renew the lease in time according to the needs of the guests.

9. Check the order to ensure that the order information is complete and effective; And follow up the order to ensure the hotel's income.

10. Be responsible for the hygiene and cleaning quality of the front desk and keep the facilities and equipment in good condition.
