Yantai scenic spot

Mayang island 1. Location: Mayang Island, Muping District, Yantai City, Shandong Province.

Mayang Island is located in the Yellow Sea, with a total area of about 10 square kilometers, 30 kilometers away from downtown Yantai. The island has rolling hills, lush vegetation and picturesque mountains and seas. The island is northeast-southwest, with steep terrain in the south, wide sea surface in front of the island and calm. Behind the island, the rocks are rugged. Clear water and golden sands at the eastern end, an excellent bathing place. The western end is a natural harbor with small water depth and waves. The climate on the island is pleasant, with no severe cold in winter and no heat in summer. The annual average temperature is 1 1.8℃, which is known as "Hawaii of the East". The island is rich in sea cucumbers, scallops, abalone, prawns, oysters, swan eggs and other seafood, and has a long reputation.

2. Long Island. Location:No. 18 1 Changyuan Road, Penglai, Yantai, Shandong Province.

Long Island is located between Liaodong Peninsula and Shandong Peninsula, north of Penglai City, and is known as the "sea fairyland". It consists of 32 islands, and the main attractions are concentrated in North Changshan Island (northern line) and South Changshan Island (southern line). Long Island is a natural garden on the sea. There are reefs, cliffs, beaches and forests here. The famous scenic spots include Crescent Bay Park, Jiuzhang Cliff, Temple Island, Tianhou Temple, Zhao Long, Baota Reef, Bird Island, the boundary between the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea, and Linhai Park. Visitors to Long Island must go to the island by boat from Penglai Wharf. Although they can visit all the main attractions on the island in one day, if they want to really experience the customs of Long Island, they still suggest staying on the island for one night.

3. Sanxian Mountain Scenic Area. Location: No.9 Haibin Road, Penglai District, Yantai City, Shandong Province.

Sanxianshan Scenic Area is located in the Yellow Sea at the northern end of Penglai District, Yantai City. It is adjacent to Baxian Cross-sea Scenic Area and Sanxianshan Hot Spring in the west, and faces Changshan Islands across the sea in the north. It is a comprehensive scenic spot integrating tourism and leisure, and also a bright pearl on the golden tourism line of Shandong Peninsula. The whole scenic spot consists of Hehe Hall, Xiaoyihe Garden, Penglai Wonderland, Fanghu Scenic Area, Yingzhou Wonderland, Yingzhou Academy, Art Museum, Penglai historical and cultural highlights, Jade Buddha Temple, Wanfang Anhe, Song and Dance Theatre and other landscapes. Supporting the scenic spot are five-star Sanxianshan Hotel with classical architectural style, hot spring bathing and other leisure and holiday facilities.

4. Jiuzhangya. Venue: Dianzi Village, North Changshan Township, Penglai District, Yantai City, Shandong Province.

Jiuzhang Cliff is located in the northwest corner of Yantai Long Island and North Long Island, and it is not a big attraction. There is a huge cliff on the seaside of the scenic spot. The cliff of Jiuzhang Cliff is very dangerous. When you walk down a cliff, you need to walk very fast. Be careful that the stone falls on your head. Visitors who come here to play will basically join the Crescent Bay Park on the side. The gate of Jiuzhangya was built halfway up the mountain. After entering the gate of the scenic spot, it is a small piece of flat land. There is a huge statue of Guanyin here. There is a cliff in front of Guanyin statue. Looking out from the cliff, the sea under the cliff beats against the coast, overlooking the Bohai Sea ahead, and several small islands are embedded in the middle of the sea.

5. Penglai Pavilion. Location: No.59 Yingbin Road, Penglai District, Yantai City, Shandong Province.

Penglai Pavilion, located in Penglai City, Yantai City, Shandong Province, is one of the four famous ancient buildings in China, and it is an ancient architectural complex that embodies the wisdom and artistic crystallization of ancient working people in China. The main building of Penglai Pavilion was built in the sixth year of Song Dynasty. Known as a fairyland on earth, its legends of "Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea" and "Mirage" are well-known at home and abroad.
