1. Enter the hotel management system and find the reservation record. You can find the corresponding record directly through the reservation record page or through the function of querying the reservation record.

2. Find the reservation record to cancel, and select the Cancel Booking button to cancel the reservation record.

3. After canceling the reservation, create a new reservation record and select the corresponding room information and check-in time.

4. After submitting the new reservation information, the system will automatically generate a new reservation record.
