Legal basis: Article 56 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests. In case of any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph, the operator shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, and the punishment organ shall record it in the credit file and announce it to the public.
