First, Liaoning University of Engineering Science Huludao Campus

Huludao Campus of Liaoning University of Engineering Science is located in Xingcheng University Town, Liaoning Province, and it is one of the trans-regional campuses of Liaoning University of Engineering Science. Located at the intersection of Xinghai North Street and Longxing Road in Xingcheng City, it is adjacent to the first mountain of Xingcheng in the north and Liaodong Bay in Bohai Sea in the south, covering an area of 1.56 million square meters. After nine years of construction and development, a new garden-style campus with complete functions, advanced facilities and modernization has stood proudly on the coast of Bohai Sea.

Second, Liaoning University of Finance and Business

Liaoning Institute of Finance and Trade is located in Xingcheng Binhai New Area, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, a beautiful coastal city in the northeast of China. Its predecessor was Bohai College of Shenyang Normal University. In September 2008, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was transferred from Bohai College of Shenyang Normal University to Liaoning Institute of Finance and Trade, becoming one of the first four private universities in China.

Bohai Shipping Vocational College, founded in 1959, is the only full-time vocational college in northern China that focuses on cultivating high-quality skilled professionals in the shipping industry and enrolls students nationwide.
