Is Baoding cold?

The geographical coordinates of Baoding are 1 14 degrees east longitude and 38 degrees north latitude. The western part is the low hills at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain, and the eastern part is the Quaternary loess plain. The overall terrain inclines from northwest to southeast, showing a ladder-like distribution of mountains, hills and plains.
