The dormitory of each department in the new campus is not fixed every year. Zhengda new campus is divided into four accommodation areas: Liuyuan, Heyuan, Juyuan and Songyuan, among which Songyuan and Juyuan are the third and fourth phases of the project, and the accommodation conditions are slightly better. But Liuyuan and Juyuan are more lively. Because the business district is nearby, shopping is more convenient, and Juyuan and Song Yuan are cleaner. Songyuan currently lives in international students and graduate students. At present, only 2-3 dormitories have undergraduates. Pine Garden is a standard six-room, Chrysanthemum Garden has six rooms and some four rooms, Liuyuan Garden and Lotus Garden were built in the first two batches, Muyou Chrysanthemum Garden is in good condition, and the dormitory is old, with eight rooms, six rooms and four rooms. Beds for quadruple rooms and six rooms are unified into a desk cabinet at the bottom and a bed at the top. There is a bunk bed for eight people. The dormitory has heating in winter.

Each dormitory of Zheng Da University has two main sockets of campus network. Generally, a dormitory is assigned 4-6 IP addresses. The campus network charges a monthly fee, which is very cost-effective in 20 yuan, but the network speed is relatively slow. The dormitory is divided into 468 rooms, so the area is average. Some dorms have balconies, but none have bathrooms.
