According to the notice, all enterprises and their branches that are legally established in the administrative area of Changchun to carry out housing leasing business provide their own houses or other people's houses (excluding homestays and hotels, etc.). ) to live with the lessee and collect rent from the lessee, the scope of its housing rental business should be defined.

Housing leasing enterprises that have obtained business licenses and meet the filing conditions shall handle the filing of housing leasing enterprises within 30 days after the announcement, obtain the user operation authority of Changchun leasing supervision platform, and push the opening report information. Newly registered housing leasing enterprises shall, within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, handle the filing of housing leasing enterprises and push the opening report information. Where the user authentication information such as enterprise name, legal representative, registered address, telephone number, branches and employees is changed, the information shall be changed on the municipal leasing supervision platform within 10 days from the date of information change.

After a housing leasing enterprise reaches or mediates a housing leasing transaction, it shall immediately sign a housing leasing contract through the Changchun leasing supervision platform, and automatically complete the filing for those who meet the conditions for housing leasing registration and filing. If it has been docked with the Changchun lease supervision platform system, it can directly push the house lease contract information to the Changchun lease supervision platform to complete the online signing and filing.
