(2) Compensation standard for relocation expenses

1. Moving expenses.

If the building construction area is less than 100 square meter (inclusive), the moving expenses will be compensated by 2000 yuan per household; For the part exceeding 100 square meter, the moving fee will be increased by 7 yuan per square meter.

2. Compensation for fixed facilities.

(1) After the expropriated house is delivered for use, "one household, one meter" of water and electricity shall be installed, and the initial installation fee of pipeline gas shall be compensated according to the following standards:

Tap water "one meter per household": each household compensates 850 yuan.

Electricity "one meter per household": each household compensates 240 yuan.

Compensation standard for renovation fee of pipeline gas facilities: each household of multi-storey and high-rise residential buildings in urban areas 1.500 yuan, and each household of townhouses in urban areas (districts) is 3,500 yuan.

(2) Telephone and broadband transfer: RMB 108 per door.

(3) Digital TV compensation: per household 150 yuan.

(4) Compensation fee for air conditioner transfer: each air conditioner shall be compensated to 500 yuan.

(5) Water heater disassembly and assembly costs: 500 yuan is compensated for each air energy water heater and solar water heater, and 200 yuan is compensated for each gas and electric water heater.

(6) Compensation for other fixed facilities shall be determined through evaluation.
