The honor of throwing cakes in Lucheng

Lucheng jiaozi Cake has won many laurels in catering competitions in southeastern Shanxi and Changzhi. In 2003, at China Taiyuan International Pasta Festival, Wang Jianguo, a cake shop founded by Lucheng Jianguo, won the international gold medal. In the same year, Changzhi Sunshine Hotel won the "China Famous Point" award for its performance of "throwing cakes" at the 13th China Chef's Day Food Exhibition held in Nanchang, Jiangxi. In 2004, Zhang of Lucheng Hongji Hotel and Wang of Changzhi Racecourse participated in the 4th Fenjiu Cup Cooking Competition in Shanxi Province and won the title of "Shanxi Famous Food". In 2003 and 2004, Wang Jianguo's cake-throwing also showed its talents in Hangzhou and Beijing, which was very popular among diners.
