Put the pork loin slices flat on the cutting board and cut with a kitchen knife at an angle of 30 degrees, about 3 mm apart.

Turn the pork loin at an angle, and use a knife to intersect the oblique knife pattern to form a 90° parallel knife pattern. The cutting depth is about 4/5 of the thickness of the pork loin slice. Cut off the pork loin every 4 or 5 cuts.

The cut pork loin flowers are shaped into ears of wheat.

Rinse the cut pork loin with clean water, blanch it in a cooking pot and take it out.

Pour oil into the wok, heat it up, then pour in Pixian bean paste, and stir-fry the red oil over low heat.

Pour in onions and green peppers and stir-fry over high heat.

After stir-frying well, add the blanched pork loin, stir-fry over high heat to coat with oil juice, and finally reduce the juice.
