How to clean hotel centrifugal range hood

The centrifugal range hood in the hotel kitchen is an important equipment to ensure a good oil fume emission environment. However, due to frequent use, oily fumes will accumulate over time, causing droplets to stick to the inner wall and impeller of the range hood, affecting the exhaust efficiency, easily igniting fires, and causing safety hazards. Therefore, it is very important to clean the hotel centrifugal range hood in time.

The following are the specific steps for cleaning the centrifugal range hood in the hotel.

1. Turn off the switch and power supply of the centrifugal range hood and remove the filter. Rinse the filter with clean water and dry it for later use.

2. Remove the cover of the centrifugal range hood, being careful not to damage the air duct connection. There is a dustbin at the bottom of the cover, take it out and empty it.

3. Spray the inside of the impeller, blades and air duct with special cleaning agent, especially the parts with serious oil smoke, clean them in sequence, and brush off various stains and droplets. The outer surface can be wiped clean with a wet rag.

4. Use special cleaning agent to clean the removed cover body thoroughly. Be careful not to let the cleaning agent flow into the inside of the motor.

5. Rinse all internal cleaning surfaces with clean water, focusing on rinsing and wiping the blades, impellers and beauty covers to ensure that there are no cleaning agent residues.

6. Rinse the internal surface and wipe it dry with a clean towel or absorbent cloth. If there is a tracheal fan, etc., pay special attention to it and wipe it dry.

7. After completing the above steps, dry all cleaned parts thoroughly. Then reinstall the parts, taking care not to break them.

Hotel kitchens are used for catering every day, and centrifugal range hoods are often used. They must be cleaned regularly to discharge fresh air and reduce the harm of oil fumes to the kitchen environment and employees' bodies. At the same time, doing a good job of cleaning can also extend the life of kitchen equipment and improve work efficiency.
