New regulations on entry and exit in Ejina banner

Entry policy of Alxa League in Inner Mongolia:

1. According to the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements of the state and the autonomous region, anyone who enters Ejina Banner and Ceke Port must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. At the same time, the personnel entering the Ceke Port shall be tested for nucleic acid at least once after arriving at the Ceke Port.

2. From August 17th, all personnel who come to (return to) our League must hold negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and use the WeChat applet "Alashan Health Treasure" (search for "Alashan Health Treasure" in the WeChat applet) to report to the local community (Gacha Village), unit or hotel, and conduct a free landing nucleic acid screening after arriving in the League.

3. Those who come to (return to) our League and have been released from the centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days at the first entry point must report to their community (Gacha village) or stay in the hotel in advance, implement the control measures of home health monitoring for 3 days after arrival, and conduct a nucleic acid test on the third day of home health monitoring. Do not go out during home health monitoring, and do personal protection when you have to go out in special circumstances such as medical treatment, and try to avoid taking public transportation. Do not have the conditions for home health monitoring to implement centralized isolation. Those who have completed centralized isolation medical observation and home health monitoring can flow in an orderly manner after joining the EU.

4. Those who have lived in high-risk areas in recent 7 days will take the control measures of centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days, and carry out a nucleic acid test on the first, second, third, fifth and seventh days of centralized isolation.

Those who have lived in the middle-risk area in the past 7 days will take the control measures of 7-day home isolation medical observation, and carry out a nucleic acid test on the first, fourth and seventh days of home isolation medical observation. If they do not have the conditions for home isolation medical observation, they will take centralized isolation medical observation.

Those who have lived in Hainan, Xizang Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Xi 'an and other key epidemic-related risk areas in the past 7 days (generally referring to areas with large-scale epidemic and high spillover risk in the near future, which will be dynamically adjusted by the EU headquarters with the change of epidemic situation) and who have come to (returned to) China by means of transportation originating from or passing through the above areas will implement the control measures of "3-day home health monitoring +3-time nucleic acid detection" upon arrival. 7. In the past 7 days, one or more people who have been living in the city where Covid-19 is infected have come (returned) to our League. After joining the League, they will undergo two tests for three days (that is, the first nucleic acid test will be carried out after landing, that is, the first nucleic acid test will be taken and followed, and the second nucleic acid test will be completed within 24-72 hours after joining the League). Don't go to crowded places, have dinner or get together before you know the negative results of two nucleic acid tests, and avoid taking public transportation. If nucleic acid detection is not carried out as required, it will be prompted in the "Alashan Health Treasure" pop-up window, and the pop-up window will be automatically cancelled after active detection.

8. The drivers and passengers of trucks who are engaged in materials needed for production, life, epidemic prevention and control and postal express transportation support work to and from our Union should check the health code, travel code and negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. If the negative proof of nucleic acid test exceeds 48 hours, free nucleic acid test measures will be implemented, that is, take it and leave it. Passengers of freight vehicles traveling to and from or passing through medium and high-risk areas shall report in advance and carry out point-to-point transportation, and the goods shall be loaded (unloaded) and left, and they shall not stop at will in urban areas.

9. The personnel who come (return) to our Union in the border port areas outside the Union can flow in an orderly manner with negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. For high-risk post personnel who are in direct contact with entry personnel, goods and environment at ports within the Union, as well as high-risk post personnel such as centralized isolation places (when opened), designated medical institutions and fever clinics, they should provide certificates that they have been away from their posts for more than 7 days, and hold negative certificates of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and do a good job in health monitoring. If no proof can be provided, centralized or isolated medical observation shall be carried out for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection shall be carried out on the first, fourth and seventh days respectively.

1. It is unnecessary for all personnel in the League not to go to epidemic-related areas in China. It is really necessary to do personal protection during the whole trip and try to avoid going to crowded places. Before returning, you must take the initiative to report to the community (Gacha Village) and unit where you live: after arriving, you should actively cooperate with the territory to implement relevant prevention and control measures.

11. All tourist attractions and public cultural venues in the League should adhere to measures such as flow restriction, reservation and peak shifting, and the number of visitors should not exceed 75% of the maximum carrying capacity, and strictly implement various prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, wearing masks, "one-meter line", ventilation and disinfection, and scanning the "Alashan Health Treasure" site code.
