If the air energy water heater does not use hot water for a period of time, the water managed by hot water will become cold water. If you want to use hot water, you have to wait until the cold water is used up, which wastes a lot of water resources and costs a lot of water every month. Therefore, in order to solve this backwater problem, it is necessary to install a backwater system for air energy water heaters.

The backwater system mainly includes two main parts, one is the backwater pump and the other is the control system of the backwater pump. So what about the layout? The first step is to pull a return pipe back to the place where the water heater is installed in the farthest place where hot water is used during decoration; Step 2, install the return pipe, and let the return pump pump the residual cold water in the hot water pipe into the return pipe and then merge it into the cold water pipe, so that the hot water will come out of the hot water pipe when it is used.

The backwater system is easy to understand: if the hot water in the hot water pipe is not used for a long time, it will naturally cool down. The backwater system is a set of devices that pump the low-temperature water in the hot water pipeline back to the water heater, reheat it and then use it. As shown in the figure below, the cold water of tap water is heated by the water heater and then delivered to all water users through the hot water pipe (indicated by red line). When the temperature of the hot water pipe drops to the set value, the backwater device works (indicated by the blue box), and the low-temperature water is pumped back, returned to the water heater through the return pipe (indicated by the yellow line), reheated, and then input into the hot water pipe for use, and so on. In the figure, in the return pipe, backwater constitutes a backwater system.
