There is an isolated place in Zhejiang. Because it does not fall into the mundane world, it is also considered to be a place where gods live. This place is located in Xianju County, Zhejiang Province. It is a secluded ancient village surrounded by green mountains, called Gongyu Village.

Maowo Ancient Village is located deep in Siming Mountain in Yuyao, Ningbo. The unique small alpine climate and ash soil of Siming Mountain are particularly suitable for the growth of red maple. The unique conditions make this place one of the largest red maple production bases in the country, and it is also known as "the forest is dyed in Siming Mountain, and a branch of red maple is more dazzling".

On the way to the ancient village, there is a super exciting winding mountain road. It is entangled on the edge of the cliff, hidden in the clouds and mist. Every autumn, the woods all over the mountain show red and yellow, just like Breaking into a rich oil painting.

There are many 180-degree turns in this winding mountain road. It seems steep and precipitous, a bit like "Qiu Mingshan", but it is not as dangerous as imagined. The road is winding and winding, with peaks dotting the mountains on both sides and bamboo trees blocking the sun. Accompanied by these beautiful scenery, the tension is reduced a lot.

It is said that Mao Wo has long been famous among travelers, but for most people outside Ningbo, the name Mao Wo is unfamiliar. The landscape of Mao Wo can be said to be like looking at a charming city and then looking at a charming country.

This place is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, quiet and pure. Various ancient trees are planted throughout the village, such as ginkgo, torreya, red maple... The ancient trees are towering. There are more than 100 large and small ancient trees, three of which are even more than 800 years old. Starting from November every year, the entire Maowo becomes a colorful world.

There are 15 golden pines in the village. Among them, the most famous one is the Money Pine, known as the "Crown of Ten Thousand Trees", with a height of 51 meters and a girth of 4.2 meters. The tree is about 500 years old. Its tree girth and standing tree accumulation are the largest in the country.

Most of the people in the village are elderly, but they cut firewood, pick fruits (gingko fruits), and grow vegetables. They also have a rich pastoral scenery, full of strong simplicity and nature, and time seems to be going back here. .

The Mao Wo houses are simple and natural, adding a bit of vitality to the blue background. I always think that when I am old, I will also find such a place to live together with my beloved. We can build a small courtyard in front of the door and raise two or three of my favorite dogs. Add a few handfuls of green vegetables and you'll be in a hurry.
