Xining CDC advocates the general public to spend holidays on the spot, reduce cross-city travel, resolutely implement the general strategy of "external defense investment, internal defense rebound" and the general policy of "dynamic clearing", and continue to adhere to the principle of not coming to Ning unless necessary.
