What does the ID card registration in the hotel look like?

The identity registration for staying in a hotel requires a valid ID.

Valid documents include:

(1) Resident ID card or temporary resident ID card for Chinese citizens living in the country;

(2) Resident ID card Chinese citizens under the age of 16 in the territory must have a household registration book, but minors must be accompanied by an adult when staying in a hotel; (3) Chinese People's Liberation Army soldiers must have a military ID card; the Chinese People's Armed Police must have a military ID card. It is an armed police identity document;

(4) For Hong Kong and Macau residents, it is a mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents; for Taiwan residents, it is a mainland travel permit or other valid travel document for Taiwan residents;

(5) For foreign citizens, passport.

(6) Other valid identity documents produced by the public security organs.
