How to choose a hotel or hostel when traveling?
Travel. Divide into budget travel and vacation.
Before traveling, make a budget and determine your destination. Then exclude travel expenses and estimated food, accommodation and travel expenses in the budget, and the rest is to prepare the money to book a hotel.
There are actually many types of hotels, not to mention one-, two-, three-, four- and five-star hotels, as well as express hotels, serviced apartments, daily rental rooms, youth hostels, local farmhouses and so on. Different destinations have different hotels to choose from.
The respondent is a student. Every time he travels, the main thing he thinks about is saving money, so the first thing he considers is youth hostels and express hotels. Common express hotels include Home Inn, 7 Days Inn, Hanting Hotel, Super 8, Jinjiang Inn, etc.
The respondents have stayed in all these brands, so I will analyze the price/performance ratio one by one first.
Home Inn, there are three brands below. I personally think that Home Inn rooms are generally small, but the sheets are usually not white sheets, which is different from other express hotels, making it look like It feels more like home.
7 days, very ordinary, nothing very attractive, nothing very annoying. It mainly depends on the old and new decoration of the store, but I once stayed for 7 days and the bathroom door was broken. I asked the front desk if it could be repaired, and the front desk told me that "the bathroom door was broken intentionally."
Um. Do you understand?
Hanting is my favorite express hotel. Compared with other express hotels, it seems to be a little more expensive, mainly because you can check out in seconds and no deposit is required. The room is large and decorated in a simple IKEA style.
Super 8 and 7 Days look the same.
Jinjiang Inn is also my favorite express hotel.
It seems to have emerged in recent years. The general decoration style is the same, and almost all rooms are the same size. Very well behaved.
Youth hostels are usually found in first- and second-tier cities, and some third-tier tourist cities also have youth hostels. They usually provide beds and are in a good location, usually near scenic spots, and the price is low, with an average price of about 50. You can choose according to style and distance needs.
You can also consider serviced apartments.
When the respondent travels with friends, he likes to choose serviced apartments, the price is between 300-150, and you can cook. The rooms are large, and some can even be separated into bathrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms. The area is usually around 30-50m. Similar to daily rental.
In addition, there are local B&Bs and inns that you can consider. In places like Dali, Lijiang, Changdao, and Jiuzhaigou, you can choose local B&Bs to get closer to the local customs. You can even negotiate a good price, stay there for a period of time, and work for local hotels, making money while having fun. .
If financial conditions permit, it doesn’t matter if you choose to go on vacation. Generally, five-star hotels have great locations.
