The first "city terminal" in Suzhou established by Shenzhen Airlines covers an area of ??about 60 square meters and is divided into two parts: a service area and a rest area. Currently, the software and hardware system for printing boarding passes for passengers is in place. . After activation, passengers can collect their boarding pass at the service area as long as they arrive 20 minutes to half an hour before the shuttle departs, and then take the free shuttle to Wuxi Airport. After arriving, there is a dedicated channel for baggage check-in. Passengers only need to go through security check at the airport to board the plane, which greatly saves waiting time.

In conjunction with the opening of the "City Terminal", a free shuttle bus from Suzhou to Wuxi Airport is also opened (for Shenzhen Airlines passengers), with a one-way time of about 40 minutes. Among them, the departure point from Suzhou is Xincheng Garden Hotel, with departure times at 6:30, 9:30, 15:00, and 16:30; the daily return times from Wuxi Airport to Suzhou are 10:30, 14:30, and 16: 00, 21:00.

As of this month, Shenzhen Airlines has opened flights from Wuxi Airport to Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Kunming, Chengdu, Wuhan, Chongqing, Dalian, Macau and Osaka, Japan. The average number of passengers in Suzhou has reached about 600 per day. Shenzhen Airlines frankly admitted that the reason for locating the "city terminal" in Suzhou is because Suzhou has a relatively sufficient source of aviation passengers.
