Is Nantong, Jiangsu a low-risk area?

On August 3rd, 2022, Kloc-0, a case of COVID-19's abnormal nucleic acid test results was found in Chongchuan District, Nantong City. The city and district immediately launched an emergency response, and quickly organized and carried out work such as flow direction investigation, on-site control, personnel transfer, and disinfection of places.

According to the relevant provisions of the Prevention and Control Plan of novel coronavirus (Ninth Edition), combined with the current situation of epidemic prevention and control, the relevant risk areas have been designated as follows from September 1 day, 2022 after comprehensive evaluation by the municipal and district expert groups:

I. High risk areas

Building Hongqiao East Village 14, Chongchuan District.

Second, the medium risk area.

Hongqiao East Village (5 buildings in the north, Hongqiao Road in the south, storefront on the west side of Zhao Xia Road in the west, and areas along the Yangtze River in the east, except 14 building), holland street area (Wuyi Road in the west, fence on the west side of Nantong Vocational College in the east, Xuetian South Road in the north and Qingnian Middle Road in the south), No.8 Wuyi Road, Sanfeng Modeling (Building 69 in Chen Jiayuan) and Meiyijia Convenience Store (Juxian).

Third, low-risk areas.

Chongchuan District, except for high and medium risk areas.

After flow adjustment, the activity trajectory within 7 days before sampling involves the following key areas and places:

13: 00, walk to the second entrance of Hongqiao, and ride an electric car to the vicinity of Guanda Textile Mall.

Control measures have been implemented in the above-mentioned relevant places and relevant personnel currently under investigation.

I hereby remind the general public that if people with the same trajectory are found in the above-mentioned time period and place, please immediately report to the Chongchuan District community, street (Chongchuan Development Zone) or COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control headquarters (see annex) and cooperate with the implementation of epidemiological investigation, nucleic acid detection, health management and other measures. Those who have left our region should report to the local epidemic prevention and control institutions and cooperate with the implementation of relevant epidemic prevention and control measures. If serious consequences are caused by concealment, the relevant personnel will be held accountable according to law.

If you have fever, sore throat, dry cough and other symptoms, please take personal protection, go to the fever clinic in time, and avoid taking public transport on the way. People who come to worship or return from epidemic risk areas or other provinces should take the initiative to report to their units, communities or hotels within 12 hours, and actively cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection.
