Hotel public * * * area refers to the areas and places owned and enjoyed by the hotel public. It mainly includes the front desk, lobby, restaurant, elevator, corridor, bathroom, courtyard, lobby bar, affiliated coffee shop and ballroom. It also includes parking lots, conference rooms, internal shopping malls, multi-function halls and leisure areas.

A five-star hotel is the highest level of a "star-rated tourist hotel", which is evaluated by the National Evaluation Committee of Tourist Star Hotels established by the National Tourism Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "National Star Evaluation Committee") according to the Classification and Evaluation of Star Rating of Tourist Hotels (GB/T 14308-20 10).
