There are generally AP (access point) mode, router (wireless routing) mode, repeater (relay) mode, bridge (bridge) mode and client (client) mode on TP-Link micro wireless router. However, many users are not aware of the differences between these modes. These modes will be described in detail below.
Note: Some models of TP-Link mini wireless routers have only three modes: AP (access point) mode, router (wireless routing) mode and repeater (relay) mode.
I. Access Point Mode

But its SSID (wireless network name) can be different from the SSID of the front-end router. In this mode, the DHCP server of TL-WR703N is turned off by default. If you want to log on to the router management page, you need to manually set the IP address of the computer. Client mode, which functions like a wireless network card, is used to connect wireless hotspot signals or wireless routers, so that devices without wireless functions can also join the wireless network. 3G Routing Mode Setting Process
Set the correct network parameters:
The default LAN IP address of this router is192.168.1.1,and the default subnet mask is 255.255.255.0. Because we are using 3G routing mode now, DHCP service is enabled by default, so clients (PC, notebook, etc. ) You should choose to get the IP address and DNS server address automatically.
