There is really no local through train from Youxian to Jinggangshan, but you can wait for the bus from Changsha to Jinggangshan or Zhuzhou to Jinggangshan on the road opposite Kunlong, next to Chinese medicine hospital and Dongfeng Hotel. Reach out and shout to get on the bus early, or they won't stop. Another way is to take a bus from Youxian to Chaling, from Chaling to Yanling, and then from Yanling to Jinggangshan.
