What are the things that break you down in the workplace?

In my career, I actually met several things that made me feel broken.

The first thing I met during my internship in E Long.

At that time, I joined the Jingzhou office in E Long as a sales intern. At that time, my main job was to sign a contract with the hotel, help them promote it and then charge a service fee.

At that time, the area I was responsible for was the main city of Jingzhou and Shashi District. Before I joined the company, five colleagues had been wandering around the city for two weeks, and all the hotels that could be signed were basically signed, but all the companies that didn't sign were basically unable to sign.

Therefore, going to the newly signed hotel, only signed dozens a month ago, can be said to be very desperate.

But more desperate things are yet to come. Because I was slow, the company sent a sales expert. He came to my site as my master. It can be said that he refreshed his cognition. During the week of running with him, he signed 50 hotels, which can be said to have completely broken me down.

The second thing that happened to me when I was working in the second company.

This company is a copyright company. I was a fresh graduate when I entered the company. My values at that time were that as long as I worked hard, I would be recognized by the company.

At that time, I was in charge of the new media business within the company and made some achievements. My fans and exposure have been greatly improved, which can be regarded as opening up new business for the company.

But I never imagined that most of my credit was taken away by our immediate leaders, but the real big leaders didn't know it.

Later, there were economic problems within the company, and our department persuaded two-thirds of the employees. Turns out I was one of them. I feel very confused because I have finished most of the work in our department.

Later, before I left, the big leaders of the company talked to me, and I found out everything, but I didn't expose the lies of the leaders directly under me, but left decisively.

It can be said that these two things have refreshed my view of the workplace and made me grow up.
