The average annual output of sea salt is more than 800,000 tons, and the processed edible salt is more than 250,000 tons, accounting for more than 1/3 of the total output in Northeast China. The enterprise has successively won the titles of national second-class enterprise, Liaoning contract-abiding unit, national advanced export unit and civilized unit, and its products are sold well in Northeast China and other domestic regions, and exported to more than 30 countries and regions such as Japan, North Korea, Canada, the Netherlands and Israel.

The site is located on the southwest coast of Liaodong Peninsula, with an area of 175 square kilometers, and is known as the "Hundred Miles Silver Beach". The sea area on which it depends has no industrial pollution, rich resources and suitable climate, and has the natural advantages of producing high-quality sea salt and aquaculture. At present, there are nearly 20 kinds of high-quality products in three series: sea salt, salt chemical industry and aquaculture. Among them, salt series products mainly include industrial salt, vacuum refined salt, powder washed refined salt, broken washed salt, sun-dried salt, snowmelt salt, fishing salt, animal husbandry salt, pickled salt and so on. Salt chemical products mainly include white magnesium chloride, yellow magnesium chloride, snow melting agent, bromine, magnesium sulfate and potassium chloride. Aquaculture products include aquaculture seedlings, cultured prawns, shrimp paste and so on. The products have successively won the Liaoning Quality Award, the "Longfei" Award of the State Economic Commission, the Quality Product Award of the Ministry of Light Industry and the National Silver Award. Among them, the registered trademark of "Bay" brand edible salt was rated as a famous trademark in Dalian. In 200 1 year, the enterprise also passed the ISO900 1 version 2000 quality management system certification at one time, ensuring satisfactory service for customers and friends with excellent quality management and high-quality products.

The saltworks is subordinate to 24 units and departments, with more than 2,300 employees, including 279 engineers and technicians. Dalian Fuzhou Bay Extension Zone is adjacent to Wafangdian Songmudao Chemical Industry Park and Changxing Island Lingang Industrial Zone, and has a perfect railway and highway transportation network. The highway is connected with Shenyang-Dalian Expressway, which is only 16 km away from the battery exit of Shenyang-Dalian Expressway and National Highway 202. The railway is connected with the trunk railway, and with the port advantage of Dalian, the transportation of products is fast and convenient.
