On November 6, Hechi CDC issued an emergency reminder for epidemic prevention and control

At present, epidemics are recurring at home and abroad. Recently, the epidemic in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province and other provinces and cities surrounding our city has a greater risk of community transmission. There are close contacts between our city and these areas, and the epidemic spreads widely. The risk of entry is higher. In order to implement the general strategy of "preventing imported cases from outside and preventing rebound internally" and to protect the health and life safety of the people in the city, the Hechi Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued an emergency reminder:

01. Active reporting

For those who have lived in Guangzhou and returned to Hehe since October 29, please report to the community or hotel where you are staying 48 hours in advance, or report through the "Zhiguitong" applet within 12 hours after arriving in Hehe. The destination community reports and cooperates with the implementation of health management measures such as nucleic acid testing, health monitoring, and medical isolation observation.

02. Active nucleic acid testing

Persons coming to the river from counties with local epidemics in other provinces and districts and 8 border counties must bring a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate to enter the river. To implement "on-the-ground testing" of nucleic acid, nucleic acid sampling can be carried out at our city's train stations, highway intersections, convenient nucleic acid sampling points or medical institutions. You can collect and go without waiting for test results on site. Before the nucleic acid test results come out, do not take public transportation, enter or leave crowded places, or participate in gathering activities.

03. Take personal protection

Wear a mask correctly, wash hands frequently, ventilate frequently, avoid crowding, gather less, and maintain social distance. Actively cooperate with prevention and control measures, and adhere to the "clear code" when entering and exiting work and living places, outdoor places, and taking public transportation.

04. Arrange travel reasonably and prudently

In the near future, do not leave the country unless necessary, and do not go to medium- and high-risk areas or areas with traces of confirmed cases or asymptomatic infections. If you must go, please take personal protection. Before returning, be sure to report to your community and work unit in advance and take personal protection. After returning to Hechi, you should proactively report relevant information to your community and work unit and cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control. The department carries out epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing and health monitoring.

05. Pay attention to the physical condition of individuals and family members

The general public is requested to continue to monitor the health of themselves and their families. Once abnormal symptoms such as fever, cough, loss of smell and taste occur, they should seek medical advice immediately. Go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution as soon as possible, and proactively inform the medical staff of the relevant travel and contact history; wear a mask correctly throughout the treatment process, and avoid taking public transportation when going to and from the medical institution.

06. Strengthen vaccination

Vaccination against the new coronavirus has a good effect in preventing infection and blocking the spread of the epidemic, and can effectively reduce the rate of severe illness and mortality. People who have not been vaccinated or have not received a "booster shot", especially the elderly, are recommended to get vaccinated as early as possible if there are no absolute contraindications to the vaccine.
