Complaint hotels can call the "123 15" consumer complaint hotline, which is a special telephone number set up by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce with the strong support of the former Ministry of Information Industry.

If it is a star-rated hotel, you can complain to the Tourism Bureau. If it is an ordinary hotel, you can complain to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau. As long as the hotel violates the rules, your complaint will be answered.

Complaints from AIC shall meet the following conditions:

You can call the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to complain in the following situations:

1. When your rights and interests are infringed and the respondent is under the jurisdiction of the administrative department for industry and commerce;

2. When you are in the process of consumption, when your legitimate rights and interests are violated;

3. Please call 123 15 to complain if you find fake and shoddy goods and manufacture and sell fake and shoddy goods, which will help you mediate disputes; If economic violations are found, they will be investigated and dealt with according to law.

The following complaints will not be accepted:

1. Disputes over purchase and sale activities between operators;

2. Consumer private transaction disputes;

3. The goods exceed the stipulated warranty period and guarantee period;

4. The goods exceeding the standard are "off-grade" (unless there is no real reason);
