What are the rules for exchanging points for goods?

Generally, one dollar can be exchanged for 1 points, but one point cannot be exchanged for one dollar. I work in Shangkeyou Express Hotel. For members of Shangkeyou Express Hotel, one dollar can accumulate one point, and 3,000 points can be exchanged for a room. A room is generally between 99- 159 yuan, which is equivalent to RMB, and 30 points can be exchanged for 1 yuan. All the points are basically the same, except that some can be exchanged for gifts, some can be exchanged for cash, or some can only be discounted.
