Qushui Lanting

Qushui Lanting is a 5-star hotel located in Gaobeidian, East Fourth Ring Road, Beijing. The hardware facilities inside and outside the hotel are very good, and the antique design style of blue bricks blends with the surrounding buildings. The interior decoration is antique, which reflects the designer's taste and the owner's intention.

Software features include: from the time guests enter the lobby to the time they check in, there will be service personnel to help them carry their luggage; The room provides rich and advanced drinks, including two bottles of Evian mineral water, countless bottles of Nongfu Spring (actually more than I expected), Nestle canned coffee, Red Bull, yogurt and so on. Slippers are made of bamboo and can make guests feel cool in hot weather. Of course, there are also some shortcomings, such as the space of bedside table is very small, even the mobile phone is difficult to put, and there is no storage platform next to the toilet.

I choose to stay here, 0/0 minutes' walk from the venue/kloc-0, because I'm going to attend Wang Yuquan's outpost technical training camp in Meepark by Huitong River. Because I am going back to Shanghai to attend the mid-year conference, I will stay for two nights in July 1-3 and two nights in July 4-5. During this period, I encountered two things, which impressed me deeply. Let me share them with you.

First, it was almost after midnight when I checked in for the second time. The front desk staff searched for a long time but couldn't find my order. After searching for a long time, I found half an A4 paper order in a pile of pieces of paper, and then told me that the morning service staff had misplaced the order, so they didn't leave me the classic single room I ordered. I'm afraid I can only get a business room now. The price is the same. The difference is that the business room has no windows. I checked in first, and the next day they changed the classic room for me. I felt sick for a while, but I really couldn't move. After all, it was midnight.

Along the way, I was deeply impressed by two details. Different from the traditional layout on both sides of the corridor of classic rooms, several business rooms are in an independent space, and eight rooms surround an atrium. Different from the numbers of classic rooms such as 30 18 and 3029, the room numbers of business rooms are one, two and three. The second detail is that when I walked into the room, I found that this room was smaller than the business room I used to live in, but there were more kinds of drinks than before, and it was even equipped with a sauna. Of course, I can't use it in the middle of the night, but the next day I told the front desk that there is no need to return the business room, so don't bother. Of course, although I reserved the opportunity to use the sauna, I studied all day the next day and went back to my room to simply wash and sleep.

The second thing is that I need to issue an invoice when I check out. I said I forgot to open it when I checked out the other day. If it's too much trouble, please help me open it. If it's not too much trouble, you can open it separately. The girl at the front desk told me, sorry, it can only be opened today, so I can't open what you didn't open last time. Wait until the treasurer gets off work to check your check-in records. I said I couldn't wait for you. I need it right away. If you can't open it now, you can mail it for me. She still repeatedly stressed that she would wait for the financial affairs to check the records before making a decision. I burned it at that time and said to call your manager out and stop talking nonsense with you.

When the manager comes out, tell the front desk that if you are so worried about the guests, just drive. After issuing the invoice, I was surprised to see the amount, because the price is different from what I got on the flying pig, which is of course understandable. The number on the invoice is the same as that on the order, and it should be the price for the supplier. The manager instructed the front desk to open another one at the price of flying pigs.

After I got the receipt, I left the hotel and walked to the meeting. Along the way, I thought, would I come here again if I had the chance?
