1993, Zhengzhou Sanquan Food factory, the predecessor of Zhengzhou Sanquan Food co., ltd, was established.

1998 was changed into Zhengzhou Sanquan Food co., ltd, and in June 2006, 5438+0 Zhengzhou Sanquan Food co., ltd was changed into Zhengzhou Sanquan Food co., ltd with a registered capital of 43 million yuan.

On June 4th, 2003 165438+ With the approval of the Ministry of Commerce, the company increased its capital by 27 million yuan, which were respectively subscribed by Superior Intelligent Holdings Limited, Changri Investment Limited and Dongyi Asia Limited.
