Unfortunately, it also encountered financial problems and was sold to North Korea. This floating hotel was quickly sold and moved to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where it was operated under the name of Saigon floating hotel for ten years. This is a nightlife place that many people like. Before being taken to the tourist area of Mount Kumgang in North Korea, it was renamed Haijingang Hotel.
