SAT Hong Kong Kowloon test center HKEAA SAN PO KONG OFFICE nearest hotels and itinerary

Owner, you asked the right person. I took the exam there on November 3rd. I stayed at the Langham Place Hotel. (Longham) house prices may be a bit more expensive. But the guides in the hotel lobby are impeccably enthusiastic and they are very familiar with that area. Everything from which mode of transportation is best to how long it will take to get a taxi and when there might be traffic jams is very clear, and the doorman will take a taxi for you on the day of the exam~~ very convenient. No detours at all.

If you don’t live in Langham, you can actually choose any other hotel, as long as it’s in the Kowloon area. Just arrive one day in advance to familiarize yourself with the examination room. Because Langham is located in the bustling area of ??Mong Kok, traveling is very convenient. I originally planned to find the examination room first, but the guide gave very detailed instructions, so I didn’t even have to look for the examination room. Take a taxi directly there the next day. We set off at about 7 o'clock, got there around 7:20, and then stood and waited in boredom. My experience is don't arrive too early. (Doesn’t mean late)

Don’t look for it yourself, just take a taxi.

Regarding the second question, when you come out of the airport, you will see a counter for buying Octopus cards. You can buy a card for $300 and take the Airport Block Line subway, and you can enter the city in no time~! ! (Because it costs 110 yuan to take a subway one way without buying a card, and the 300 yuan will eventually refund the 50 yuan deposit. This card also includes unlimited HK subway rides for 3 days, which is very cost-effective. It also includes the 110 yuan fee for returning to the airport after the exam, which is a bit expensive. Well, in general, it’s free to take the subway in HK for 3 days!)

If you want to go to the Longham Hotel that I recommend, then the route is: take the Airport Subway (subway) from the Airport Station (airport) ) to Kowloon Station (Kowloon), a taxi ride of about HK$30 will take you to Longham. This hotel is quite famous and most drivers know it. (Actually, you can get to Mong Kok by taking the subway a few times, but it’s just too time-consuming and labor-intensive)

Be sure to grab a few traveling guides or maps when you leave the airport. Much more convenient. The counter where you buy Octopus will also provide free subway maps.

If you have any questions, please write them in the question supplement.

Be careful and good luck.
