The Decision of Changsha Municipal People's Government on Promulgating the Catalogue of Municipal Administrative Licensing Projects in Changsha has been adopted at the 49th executive meeting of the 12th Municipal People's Government on May 19, 2005, and is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of July 1 2005. ?

Decision of Changsha Municipal People's Government on Promulgating the Catalogue of Changsha Administrative Licensing Implementation Projects

According to the provisions of the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Administrative Licensing Law", the Municipal People's Government has cleaned up the implementation subjects and projects of municipal administrative licensing. The Municipal People's Government has decided that 377 administrative licensing projects implemented by the Municipal People's Government and relevant departments and directly affiliated units of the municipal government shall continue to be implemented by the implementing organs announced in this decision. ?

The Municipal People's Government shall implement catalogue management for municipal administrative licensing projects. When laws, regulations, the State Council decisions and provincial government rules set, cancel or adjust administrative licensing matters, the relevant implementing organs of the municipal government shall report the setting, cancellation and adjustment of administrative licensing matters to the Legislative Affairs Office of the Municipal People's Government for the record within 30 days after the setting documents come into effect, and the Municipal People's Government shall regularly adjust the catalogue of municipal administrative licensing implementation projects. ?

This decision shall come into force as of July 1 2005, and the Decision of Changsha Municipal People's Government on the Results of Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Projects (Decree No.82 of the municipal government) shall be abolished at the same time. ?
