The next day: It snowed heavily today. We went rafting in the underworld early in the morning. It's so exciting to drift on a snowy day for the first time. We were going to see the spectacular Tianchi Lake, but it was closed. Because of the snow, this may be the only regret of this trip to Changbai Mountain. Fortunately, the driver took us riding in the countryside, and then we experienced the real rural life in Northeast China. You must buy ginseng when you come to the northeast. Don't buy it in Wanda. It is very expensive. On the way back to Wanda, we found a local shop specializing in selling ginseng. Affordable.
