Painting process:

Brush the primer first, dry it for the second time, and dry it for the third time. Nitrocellulose coating generally consists of four processes: brushing, wiping, water milling and polishing. Brush 4-5 times, and then brush 10 times or more until the pores are filled with paint and the surface is smooth. Latex paint is generally brushed twice, and the first time can be dried before the second time. Large areas can be brushed by many people, avoiding the combination of dry and wet, and brushing in the right direction. Note that when painting, if there is a cross-car phenomenon, you can't patch it, and you must repaint it as a whole.

B the film formed by latex paint is different from ordinary paint, porous, breathable and alkali-resistant. It can be painted on the basis of preliminary drying and whitening, and a small amount of water in the base layer can be emitted through the pores of the coating film without affecting the coating.

C. The construction temperature should not be too low, and it is difficult to form a film below 100. If the painting area is too large (more than 20 square meters) and the construction temperature exceeds 200, it should be painted in two parts, and the time interval is preferably within 40 minutes. Because polyester paint paint contains free toluene diisocyanate, which will lead to the yellowing of latex paint that has not been completely dried, it is necessary to wait until the latex paint is completely dried before using the paint, or paint construction is carried out first, and then latex paint construction is carried out.
