② Chemical disinfection method:

Chemical disinfection can denature protein in microorganisms, interfere with their metabolism, inhibit their rapid reproduction and dissolve bacteria. The commonly used chemical disinfection method is immersion disinfection, which must be dissolved first and prepared in strict proportion to be effective. If the concentration is too high, it is easy to leave toxic substances, which is harmful to human body; If the concentration is too low, the purpose of disinfection will not be achieved. The operation method is: soak the washed cups in disinfectant for 5 minutes in batches, then rinse them with clear water and dry them.

Commonly used chemical disinfectant solutions are as follows:

A. chloramine t sodium. It is suitable for disinfection of various cups and utensils in guest rooms, and has fading and corrosive effects on metal utensils.

B. bleaching powder. The concentration of the preparation is 3%, and it can be used after being stirred evenly. Suitable for cups, fruits and cotton products.

C. potassium permanganate. The configuration concentration is 0.5%. , can be used for disinfection of various cups and fruits, and the soaking time is at least 5 minutes.

D "84" disinfectant: a disinfectant with high efficiency, non-toxicity and strong decontamination ability. Can quickly kill hepatitis A, hepatitis B virus, AIDS virus, etc. The concentration is 0.2% or 0.5%, which is suitable for disinfection of tea sets, wine sets, furniture and fruits.

① Spray disinfection method.
